The promotion involving the $50 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is valid for a limited time. Promotion for customers who sign themselves up online to at least one utility using the online self signup tool by MyConnect found at www.signup.myconnect.com.au and the following requirements have been met: 

  • Customer connects one utility* with MyConnect at their new address (*electricity, gas or internet).
  • The customer does not cancel the connection request anytime before the connection has been completed.
  • Customers who sign up over the phone will not be eligible for this promotion, it is an online-only promotion.
  • Eligibility: one voucher per customer within a 12-month period.

Gift cards are sent via SMS on or after the move in date. Please allow up to two weeks after your move in date to receive the SMS. 

The gift card is a virtual prepaid MasterCard meaning that it will be sent to the participant’s mobile number provided during online self sign up via our gift card partners Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®. 

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included.   • Customer connects one utility* with MyConnect at their new address (*electricity, gas or internet, excludes electricity connection in WA).
  • The customer does not cancel the connection request anytime before the connection has been completed.
  • The connection agent has specified with the customer over the phone that they will be eligible for the voucher.
  • Eligibility: one voucher per customer within a 12-month period.

Gift cards are sent via SMS on or after the move in date. Please allow up to two weeks after your move in date to receive the SMS.

The promotion involving the $20 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is valid for eligible recipients who have been invited to participate via email by MyConnect Trading PTY LTD and have completed the survey during the promotion period. 

Eligibility recipients include Australian residents in all eligible states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older

This promotion is for customers who arrange their electricity connection through MyConnect on Earth Day (22nd April 2024) and the following requirements have been met:

  • The connection was submitted during the eligibility period.
