1. Overview of the program

Partners of MyConnect are eligible to receive a $1,000 reward bonus when a new agency they referred submits their 10th new connection.

2. Program Period

This program runs from November 4th, 2024, to December 31st, 2025.

3. Eligibility

The referred agency must not have an existing account with MyConnect before the referral.
The referred agency must sign the MyConnect Partnership Agreement and RCTI.
Reward-generating utilities refer to electricity, gas or internet connections, excluding electricity connections in WA and embedded networks.

4. Criteria

  • To qualify, the referred agency must establish a partnership with MyConnect by signing the MyConnect Partnership Agreement and RCTI.
  • The referred agency must complete its 10th new, reward-generating connection with MyConnect.
  • A reward-generating connection is defined as any connection meeting MyConnect’s criteria for generating a reward. This determination is at MyConnect’s discretion.

5. Bonus Issuance

The $1,000 bonus will be credited to the referring partner’s account within 60 days after the referred agency completes its 10th qualifying connection and has signed the MyConnect Partnership Agreement and RCTI.

6. Limitations

Duplicate referrals will not be eligible.

7. Notification

Referring clients will receive a notification via email once the bonus has been issued. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their contact information is up to date.
